Impact on Student Learning
Looking back around the past 12 weeks, I am able to say that I use learned quite a lot about myself as a person and a teacher. This experience has shown me a few positive and negative attributes that I own. I noticed, unfortunately, that after I'm fighting something, I really do not like to talk about it or confront the situation. Instead, I tend to just bottle it up and let it get the best of me. I do believe I tend to try this because I do not like when ever others are upset with me and also, I do unlike others to be aware of I'm attempting and think that I'm unable. This is something that I am learning to take care of and work with in every aspect of my life. We have learned that no one knows EVERY THING and it is fine to ask for support. On a better note, I have learned that My spouse and i am quite creative. We have always had a knack for producing projects in the home and for my children, but this experience really let me have control of can certainly make money taught the lessons. For example , We created the mathematics learning centers for the classroom. I used to be able to design the message board, game titles and actions for the youngsters. They actually enjoyed it and the professors, I feel, really liked what I had developed. Getting the " pat for the backвЂќ from your teachers was what basically made it worth the cost. I have certainly realized that I am just an extrinsically motivated person and I sometimes need that praise via my colleagues. With all of having said that, this expression is about my impact on student learning and how I was capable of collect and assess the data from the students throughout 1 unit. Since I started out teaching math first and taught the niche for the longest, That stuff seriously I had the most impact on the students' math knowledge. What varieties of examination strategies or methods had been used? Just how and so why were strategies selected?
