Principles and Approaches of Participatory Budgeting
Participatory budgets were launched and implemented above 10 years back in Brazil as part of the personal renewal inspired by the Worker's Party. The project assumes on even greater importance in light of Lula's new election since the county's new Director.
Participatory financial constraints allow for joint management simply by municipal exec bodies and participatory pyramids made up of almost all social players.
